Nicola is a psychologist, organizational consultant and executive coach. She helps her clients to link dreams and values to passion, purpose, strategy and process, enabling reflection and authentic action in their professional roles and networks. Nicola combines her experience in psychology and business with a background in systems psychodynamics and organizational analysis to listen deeply before co-creating solution oriented strategies and initiatives with her clients . In the past 25 years Nicola has worked in the U.S., Europe and Asia to design and facilitate mergers and acquisition initiatives, leadership development and strategy incubators, innovation think tanks, and Social Dreaming matrices for international corporations, NGO's and business schools. Her current roles include her co-creative consultancy practice, Senior Partner with Transformation Agility Group and visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Executive Education. Nicola is a member and former board member of The International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, an associate of the Organization for Promoting Understanding in Society and member of Families in Global Transition.

Originally from London, she has lived in Frankfurt, Geneva, New Orleans and Houston and is currently based in The Hague. With her personal experience of growing up multi-lingual-cultural and working internationally, Nicola started the Global Nomads Network to support meaningful links and learning amongst the global mobile tribe.
She finds balance in her yoga practice and following her passion certified as a Yoga teacher. Nicola also trained with SCT, certified as an Integral Coach and as Barett Values Center - Leadership & Cultural Transformation consultant.
